The Patch Creation utility allows you to create self-contained and 
(optionally) compressed patches for files already on the end-user’s machine.
  You can use it, for example, to update registered users of your software.
  Only registered users will be able to use the patches created using this 
program since the files on the machine are used to create the updated version.
  Other patch programs use a command line interface rather than a GUI and are 
not very user-friendly.  They are also overpriced.  The Patch Creation Utility 
allows you to create the Patches in a GUI environment and the resulting 
program is also a GUI, easy to use program for Windows 95, NT or 3.1x.  You
create either a 16-bit patch (which runs on Windows 3.1x and up) or a 32-bit
patch (which supports long file names under Windows 95 and NT).  Please note 
that the Patch Creator can only be used in Windows 95 or NT.

Install the files in a separate directory.  FSPATCH.EXE is the patch creation
program.  The other executable files are needed for creating the patches.
